What timezone are you in?
I am based in Tirana, Albania (CET / CEST). I have working hours that overlap comfortably with all European timezones and most of the US East Coast. For US West Coast or Asia I can usually find an evening or early-morning slot.
What languages can we run the call in?
English.
How do I prepare for the call?
Send me a short brief 24 hours before the call: the problem, what you have already tried, and what a good outcome looks like. Code or repo links are welcome. For architecture reviews I will ask for read-only access to the repo or a short architecture doc ahead of time.
What is your refund and reschedule policy?
You can reschedule for free up to 12 hours before the call from the Cal.com confirmation email. If a paid session does not deliver clear, useful answers I will refund the full amount, no questions asked.
Can we sign an NDA?
Yes. Mutual NDA before the call on request, no extra charge. Send your template or use mine.
I need something that does not fit the menu. Can we still talk?
Yes — email or LinkedIn message me with a short brief and I will reply with a proposal. Most custom engagements get scoped within 48 hours.
